Mike Vukovcan The Hopewell Vikings boys soccer team exploded offensively defeating Mohawk 10–0. The match featured a lot of offense from the senior class.
From the opening whistle, offensive tone was on the Vikings side. All seniors were able to add to the offensive win with Rocco Marcantonio, adding four goals, Bryce Ray added two goals, while Tommy Armour netted one and Alex Alvarado took a break from his defense duties to add his first goal of the season.
John Sakson led the night with assists and John Wargula  just missed his first goal of the season with several strong offensive shots. Jake Kovell yet again added rock solid defense and also was just short of adding a goal himself.
Adding to the scoring tally, RJ Bushnell and Quincy Sannan each connected for a goal.
Hopewell will travel this Saturday to play Keystone Oaks.Â
