Major League Baseball just had their All-Star Game in Atlanta and this weekend is All-Star Weekend in Hopewell.
The Hopewell Youth Baseball League will host be hosting 3 tournaments at their Kane Road Complex starting on Friday night.
Teams from across the area will be traveling to our area to take part in the Hopewell 12-year old, 10-year old and 8-year old All-Star Tournaments. This past weekend, the league hosted a 7-year-old Tournament, which was a success, and are hoping for the same this weekend.
If you enjoy watching baseball, stop up anytime starting Friday night and support our teams. Wanted to also mention that the concession stand will have homemade cooked food on sale, which is always gets rave reviews.
In the 12-year-old tournament, Moon, Ambridge, Blackhawk and Washington will compete. Hopewell’s first two games will be on Saturday at 2 and 4 PM.
In the 10-year-old tournament, Seneca Valley, Riverside, Neshannock, Riverview, BMP will compete. Hopewell’s first two games will be on Friday at 7 PM and Saturday at 9 AM.
The Hopewell 8-year-old team will play on Friday at 6:30 PM and Saturday at 4 PM.
