Mike Vukovcan Unfortunately, the 2025 season has come to an end for both of Hopewell’s Pony League baseball teams.
Last night, both Coach Hoffman and Coach Reed’s teams lost in the quarterfinals of 376 Western Pennsylvania Playoffs.
Although things ended before both teams would have liked, all things considered, it was a successful season for both teams. Team Reed lost to Central Valley while Team Hoffman lost to Beaver.
This is the end of the road in terms of Pony League for the soon to be 9th graders and Vikings Sports Now wants to congratulate them for their achievements. If you’re moving onto the high school program and Colt League next season, we wish you the best of luck.
We’d like to also thank the coaches on both teams for putting in the time to coach these players this summer. It’s much appreciated and should be recognized.
Now that baseball season is over with, it’s time now to hit the weights and put in the time in the offseason to get better.
