🏆 Ben McDonald , Second Team All-State, Outfielder

This recognition was well deserved as Krotec was one of the most dominant pitchers in the state, as evidenced by his sub 1.00 ERA for the season.
McDonald was one of the top defensive and power hitting outfielders in PA, while Smetana consistently displayed his skill behind the plate and at the plate all season.
This is a tremendous honor for head coach Morgan Singletary’s program. To have three players named to the all-state team could be a first in the history of the Vikings program.
Five members of the 2026 Hopewell team will be continuing their athletic careers in college.
