The Vikings High School program will be conducting a skill camp this summer for 6th thru 9th grade girls that currently play or have an interest in learning/playing the sport. The simple objective of this camp is to teach and develop the basic skills of volleyball, serving, passing, digging, attacking, blocking and setting. Also, team defense and offense will be introduced. Conditioning and team building sessions will also be included in camp sessions.
This camp will take place on June 2nd thru 6th from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the Hopewell High School Main Gym. The cost is $80 and it includes a camp t-shirt and a pizza party at the end of camp.
This skills camp will be run by Hopewell High School Head Volleyball Coach Terry Borkovic, who will be assisted by JV coach Kallan Parker and members of the Hopewell Varsity Volleyball team.
This camp will be limited to assure maximum instruction for the participants.
