The official start of the spring 2026 High School sports season begins on Monday as all teams will conduct their first official practice.

The Hopewell HS Baseball, Softball, JH Baseball, Boys Volleyball and Track and Field teams will all get things started. Anything done prior to this was all voluntary and nothing mandatory.

Speaking of the Hopewell Track and Field team, some former members of HC Jeff Brunton’s program were making headlines yesterday.

On Thursday, the PAC Indoor Championships were held at Youngstown State University, and 6 Hopewell graduates made the podium!
