On the last weekend of the college football regular season, Hopewell quarterback James Armstrong will be making a visit.
The sophomore quarterback will be making the short drive to Morgantown for a game-day visit to West Virginia’s season finale against No. 5 Texas Tech on Saturday.
This will be Armstrong’s first visit to West Virginia since the hiring of head coach Rich Rodriguez.
In terms of style-fit, Rodriguez’s fast-paced, quarterback RPO would be one that would fit Armstrong’s skillset.

At this point, Armstrong holds offers from Pitt, Penn State, North Carolina, Kent State and Sacramento State. It would not be surprising if his 4th Power 4 offer came on Saturday.
Armstrong is currently involved in basketball season with the season opener taking place on Tuesday at Shady Side Academy.
