Mike Vukovcan 24 hours after receiving an offer from Kirby Smart and Georgia, Hopewell sophomore quarterback James Armstrong adds another Power 4 offer.
This morning, Armstrong received word that he’s added an offer from the Virginia Cavilers.
This news comes on the heels of Armstrong traveling to Virginia on April 13th to watch a Virginia spring practice.
In total, Virginia becomes Armstrong’s 11th Power 4 offer and 6th from an ACC program.

Currently, Armstrong is winding the down regular season with the Hopewell baseball team and getting ready for hopefully a long run in the WPIAL playoffs.
Once that is finished, his entire focus will be on preparing for his junior season with the Vikings football program.
HC Matt Mottes and Hopewell will begin spring workouts in the middle of May.
