A few times throughout the calendar year, national recruiting services adjust their recruiting rankings on certain players, either moving them up or possibly dropping them.
Rivals.com gave Armstrong a considerable increase, which puts him near being a 5-star recruit.
Rivals now have Armstrong ranked as the No. 61 overall player in the Class of 2028, which is a 40-spot increase.
Aside from the national ranking, Armstrong is now ranked as the top-ranked junior in the WPIAL and the No. 5 ranked junior in the state of Pennsylvania.
