Mike Vukovcan HOPEWELL TWP- This morning was Hopewell Youth Baseball’s Field Day at the Kane Road Complex.
This is the day when coaches and families in the league get together and get the fields ready for the upcoming season.
Lots of jobs need done such as hanging banners, cleaning dugouts, pulling weeks, raking fields, just to name a few.
In order to prevent this from being an all day affair, participation is needed and that’s exactly what happened this morning. Personally I’ve been involved in Hopewell Field Day for close to 10 years and the amount of families that showed up was as many as I ever remember.
