Pittsburgh’s top photographer, Ed Thompson, who just happens to work for Vikings Sports Now (LOL), made the drive to Hopewell High School to attend the Vikings boys’ basketball practice.
As I posted on Facebook yesterday and it’s the truth, I doubt there’s anything more physically and mentally demanding than a Hopewell HS boys basketball practice. Trust me, it’s not for the weak of heart.

The Hopewell boys open up their 2025-26 season on December 2nd when they travel to Shady Side Academy. The home opener will take place on Friday, December 5th against Beaver Falls.
