The Hopewell Junior High Girls Soccer team finished their season last week with three tough opponents.
The Lady Vikings faced the Avonworth “A” team and lost 6-0. Earlier this season, they played Avonworth’s “B” team and lost 5-4.
Established in 1986, family owned and serving the Beaver County community for over 40 years. Serving breakfast favorites and lunch specials.
Next up was a matchup with Blackhawk and although the girls put up a good fight, they ended up losing 3-2. Goal scorers for Hopewell were Amzey Budris and Mackenzie Bellomo, who had an amazing defensive shot that landed in the goal.

The final match of the year was against Mohawk and Hopewell ended things on a positive note with a 2-1 win. Goal scorers for Hopewell were Caroline Krazynski and Charlotte Kovell (assisted by Amzey Budris).

This 2026 Hopewell team ended their season with a record of 5-4. This season showed the developing talent in the Hopewell Girls soccer program that will be joining the high school program next season.
The future is definitely bright!!
