Vikings Sports Now was at Hopewell High School this afternoon to talk with sophomore quarterback James Armstrong about his memorable day of receiving offers from both Penn State and North Carolina.
This 15-year-old received opportunities that potentially could change his life on a huge way down the road.
Currently, Armstrong holds Power 4 offers from Pitt, Penn State and North Carolina.
