Mike Vukovcan A prestigious West Coast school has gotten into the recruitment of Hopewell’s James Armstrong.
On Monday, the sophomore quarterback received word that he’d received an offer from the UCLA Bruins.
UCLA becomes the third Big 10 program; 16th Power 4 program and 22nd overall offer for Hopewell’s 4-star quarterback.

It’s a busy time for Armstrong as the Hopewell HS baseball team have advanced to the WPIAL Baseball semifinals, following last night’s 7-1 win over #3 Valley.
Also, football is starting up as the Vikings started spring practice last night. Armstrong will attempt to juggle both sports.
