Mike Vukovcan The WPIAL has released game information regarding Hopewell’s next playoff game.
Tomorrow, Hopewell will take on #2 seed Elizabeth Forward with the game being played at W& J College. The game will begin at 4 PM.
Hopewell softball and youth baseball is sponsored by Lisa McCoy, your neighborhood State Farm agent.
This will be the third time that Hopewell has played this season at W&J.
The Hopewell school district made an announcement this morning that a student bus is being made available for tomorrow’s game. Students interested in riding it should come to the Athletic Office to sign up ASAP.
By winning last night, Hopewell ensured that they’ll have at least 2 more games remaining.
The WPIAL sends 3 teams from Class 4A to the PIAA baseball playoffs- the two teams in the championship game along with a 3rd place team. The losers of tomorrow’s semifinal games (Hopewell vs. Elizabeth Forward and Indiana vs. Derry) would play each other next week, with the winner advancing to the state playoffs.
