A very cool opportunity is being presented to young kids in our community courtesy of Sheffield Lanes in Aliquippa.
Starting on May 6th and on every Tuesday throughout the summer, Sheffield Lanes will be providing free bowling lessons for kids. These lessons will go from 6 PM until 8 PM.
All ages and all skill levels are welcome. Topics and techniques will change every week, so new bowlers will have the opportunity to learn something every week.
One other thing to keep in mind, although you’re encouraged to, bowlers won’t need to attend every Tuesday or to stay for the entire 2-hour session.
Hopewell High School Bowling coach Stan Magusiak and his team just finished up a great season and Magusiak is appreciative of this gesture from Sheffield Lanes and hopes youngsters in Hopewell will take advantage of it.
