Mike Vukovcan Following an exciting meet against Seton LaSalle, the Hopewell HS Swim team took on West Allegheny on Thursday.
Although West Allegheny came out on top, plenty of Hopewell swimmers turned in fantastic performances and the great competition spurred lots of fast swims for the Vikings.
Plenty of Hopewell freshmen and sophomores made big improvements. The meet highlight was freshman Holden Webster posting his best time in his 500 freestyle and getting his MAC cut in the event.
