The Hopewell Vikings dream of winning the WPIAL Baseball championship unfortunately ended yesterday with a 4-3 loss in the quarterfinals to #2 seed Elizabeth Forward.
Fortunately, their 2026 season isn’t finished as they’ll have the opportunity to qualify for the PIAA next week against Derry. The winner of that game will be the 3rd team from Class 4A to qualify for the PIAA playoffs.
