Vikings Sports Now wants to recognize them and let you know about their accomplishments.

HOPEWELL NEWS AND NOTES FROM MAY 25th/26th:Â
*It was the last club volleyball tournament of the season for Mikayla Kurta and her Sky Elite 16 Black team as they finished up with a 3rd place (bronze medal) in the Gold Bracket at the East Coast Championships, which were held in Pittsburgh. It was a long but successful season for Kurta!!

*Hopewell’s Claire Sarkis was awarded not one but two game MVP medals during poll play this weekend at the Heat Memorial Day Clash in Harrison City, PA. MVP medals are awarded by the opposing team. First medal was for a run-scoring double that almost cleared the fence in left-center field vs. PA Elite. Second was for a nice diving tag she made at home plate on the back side of a 9-3-2 double play (runner had tagged on the catch in RF) vs. Diamond Dream. Claire plays the Pittsburgh Power-Voltage 15U softball team.
