PETERS TOWNSHIP– Thanks to solid pitching, production up and down their lineup, along with strong defense, Hopewell defeated Ringgold, 5-3, last night in the 1st Round of the WPIAL Baseball playoffs.
At this time of the year, the mission is to ‘Survive and Advance’, which Hopewell was able to do. Next up in the quarterfinals, Hopewell will have a huge test on Monday as they take on No. 3 seed Valley.

The WPIAL announced today that game will take place at West Mifflin High School, with the first pitch set for 6:30 PM.
