Mike Vukovcan Hopewell 12-year-old karate champion Zoe Scully was back in action over the weekend, and she continued to do impressive things.
In our last update, Scully took part in the Pennsylvania Karate Championship in New Kensington and took 1st place in Advance Sparring in her age group.

With that finish, Scully qualified to compete in the Young’s Spring Karate Tournament in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania yesterday, where she competed in the Staff Weapons, Hand Patterson (Kata), sparring and board breaking competitions.
VSN is excited to report that Scully finished 1st in Sparring, 2nd in Staff weapons, 3rd in Hands Patterns and 4th in Board Breaking.
Scully competed in the Advanced Belt with 12–13-year-old male and females.
Zoe has one more competition which will take place on April 25, before getting a month off before the next competition in May.
